Experience

With more than 25 years of commercial strategy, customer-centric leadership and business & digital transformation experience, I am constantly pushing the limits  by redefining and enhancing the quality, relevance  and impact of business strategies and customer interactions through enterprise level  transformation initiatives, consumer brand marketing  & repositioning, digital & performance marketing improvements, customer journey redesign, marketing technology enablement, as well as through the implementation of differentiated omnichannel and multi-layered commercial strategies leveraging revenue management, digital, distribution and social best practices


I've spent the last 15 years gaining a wealth of international management experience working, consulting and teaching in North America, the Middle-East, Eastern & Western Europe and Asia Pacific.


I am also proud to be spending a lot more time volunteering and taking board positions with organizations, associations and charities in my fields of expertise, education and animal rights.
